Positioned in Volusia County as the most populous city, Deltona is nearly 25 miles from the coast along Interstate 4.

Constructed in 1871, DeBary Hall, is listed in the National Registry of Historic Places and is open to the public. Located on the banks of the St. Johns River in neighboring DeBary, Florida, the famous hunting estate became a winter guest house to previous presidents, the wealthy Vanderbuilts and Goulds, and even King Edward VII. The picturesque site encompasses 10 acres, features a hunting lodge, and includes stables, and other interesting structures.

All of its 116 rooms are smoke-free with accessible rooms for wheelchairs. One room type has an accessible bathtub. For those who are looking for smoking rooms, staff can arrange such requests. Great for families, rollaway beds are provided for free. Like other hotels mentioned above, the Holiday Inn is close to various parks and golf.
